古城利用这种有利的条件，街道自由布局，不求的工整，主街傍河，小巷临渠，清澈的泉水穿街流镇，穿墙过屋，"家家流水，户户垂杨"的诗意是这座古城的真实写照，这里虽是云贵高原小镇，却颇有江南水乡的特色。

走过大门，我们便来到了小巷，大家请看脚下，我们脚下踩的是青石板铺成的青石路，因为有很多人走过，所以青石路变得很光滑，再加上今天刚下过雨，路面会很滑，请大家小心，不要滑倒。好，请大家看两边，两边是很有古代风格的房子，里面卖着许多的工艺品：雨伞、绣花鞋、绣花帽……大家可以买一些送给家人和朋友。
