在这种场面严肃，人都不熟，你是被考察的情况下，一般人会有点紧张甚至慌张，而自我介绍又是最开头最让人紧张的时候。所以我们先想办法让自己安定下来。自我介绍说利索了，接下来就不容易哆嗦了。
★重要的是要看给谁介绍，介绍前要查阅面试人的资料。最好是想办法去看看老师长啥样，这样多少会心安一点。知道面试老师平常上课、和人说话是什么样子。如此一来，面试的时候哪怕他面容严肃，但是知道了老师本性其实非常和蔼可亲，还会被吓到吗？（如果你问如何知道老师上课的样子，只要你留心方法还是很多的，大家可以自行脑补......）
★如果可以做一份美美的简历附带上材料（不是所有学校都有这个传统，视情况而定喽）进入面试现场先发简历，老师还会说谢谢的。在老师看你简历的时候，进行简单的自我介绍，既给老师详细看简历的时间，自己心也自在一点，不会被老师为啥不抬头看人这种事尴尬到。
简历做到逻辑清晰，美观大方即可。不过要注意细节的处理，重点突出的地方可以加粗处理。多打印几份，做到面试老师每人一份。网上的简历模板可以借鉴但是不可完全照搬，模板化简历和DIY简历孰优孰劣，一眼就能看出的，所以一定要结合自己的情况，酌情修改，彰显自己的诚意。
自我介绍要点
★查户口的内容可少说，不要啰嗦。合理的叙事结构很必要。
★自己的专业所学对读研专业的帮助。不是跨专业的话可以说说自己主修的几门课程，学校内的实践活动。特别是从你的成长同你的专业之间的交集来描述会增色不少。总之，要保持逻辑的清晰，表述上减少歧义。
★自己为什么选这个专业，以及读研以后的感兴趣的研究方向。有那么一丢丢心机对不对？最主要是体现自己对专业的热爱和思考，因为导师不喜欢没有主见、茫然的学生，所以介绍时一定要展现出自己的思考。
★学会适度的增色。如果你有业余的爱好，那么不妨最后加入。道理很简单，一个对生活有热情的人，不会沦落到哪里去。这样说下来的话也有逻辑，先说什么，再说什么，自己心里很清楚，就算慌张忘了具体细节也有整个脉络在脑子里。
此外，非语言交流不可忽视。有时候肢体语言也能反馈很多信息。适度的礼貌，细节都能传递很多信号。
