ThoseinWashingtonwhodenythescienceofclimatechangearenomorebasedinrealitythanthosewhobelievethemoonlandingwasfaked.Andwhilethemoonlandingconspiracytheoristsarerelegatedtotheparanoidcornersoftalkradio,climateskepticsoccupythehighestpositionsofpowerintheUnitedStatesgovernment.
