Inaccordancewiththeprincipleofgoodfaith,accordingtotherelevantprovisionsofthelawyerslaw,thegeneralprinciplesofcivillaw,thecontractlawandotherlawsandregulations,PartyAandPartyBhavereachedthefollowingprovisionsontheissueofPartyAsentrustmenttoPartyBthroughfriendlynegotiation.

Chapter1entrustment

ThefirstitemthatPartyAentrustsPartyBis:theentrustingpayment.

1.PartyAentrustsPartyBtotakelegalmeansandmeasurestoproperlysolvetheproblemofpartya__________________millionyuan,safeguardthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofPartyAinaccordancewiththelaw.

2.thepartiesagreethatPartyBsagency:-non-riskagencyriskagency;

Secondpartyaguarantee

1.thereceiptofPartyBsreceiptshallnotviolatetherelevantlawsandregulationsofthestate,andshallnotinfringeonthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofothers.

2.toprovidePartyBwiththetrueandcomprehensivebackgroundoftheentrustmentcollection,aswellastheeffectiveclues.

3.withinthevalidityperiodofthisagreement,nothirdpartyshallbeentrustedwithoutthewrittenconsentofPartyB.otherwise,PartyAshallpaytheperformancefeeandcommissiontoPartyBaccordingtotheprovisionsofthisagreementifPartyBhasfulfilledtheobligationsofthisagreement.

4.duringtheeffectiveperiodofthisAgreementwithoutthewrittenconsentofPartyBinthisAgreementandcantreachanyagreementsorarrangementsandshallnotbedeemed,otherwisePartyBhasfulfilleditsobligationsunderthisagreement,PartyAshallpayaccordingtotheagreementcompliancecostsandcommissionstoPartyb;

5.withoutthewrittenconsentofPartyB,theidentityofPartyBandthecontentofthisAgreementshallnotbeleakedtotheinvestigator.

6.activelycooperatewithPartyBsworkandprovidetimelyinformationandsupportinaccordancewithPartyBsneeds.

ThirdpartyBguarantee

1.fromthedateofthesigningofthisagreement,thePartyAshallbepromptlyinformedofthesubstantiveprogressoftheentrustment.

2.theentrustmentreceiptsentrustedtothePartyAandthesecretofthebusinesssecretsofPartyAknowinthecourseoftheinvestigation.

Thirdchaptercostandpayment

TheFourthPartyAshallpaytheagencycommissiontoPartyBinaccordancewiththefollowingprovisions:

1.nonriskagents:PartyAshallpaytoPartyBinthesigningofthecontractupfrontcosts_________yuan,accordingtothecommissiontheamountofdebtpayment_________%.

2.riskagency:PartyAshouldbeinreceiptofthedebtafterthedaytopaytheCommission,theCommissionaccordingtotheamountpaid_________%.

Thefourthchaptertheentryintoforceofthecontractandthedissolutionofthecontract

ThefifthagreementshallcomeintoforceonthedateofsignatureandsealbyPartyAandB.

Sixthinthecaseofthefollowingcircumstances,PartyBhastherighttounilaterallyterminatethisAgreement:

1.PartyAhasviolatedtheguaranteeandcommitmentinthesecondchapter,makingthisagreementimpossibleordifficulttocarryon.

2.theentrustmentreceiptsentrustedbyPartyAaredifficulttoconfirm.

Seventhinthecaseofthefollowingcircumstances,PartyAshallhavetherighttounilaterallyterminatethisAgreement:

PartyBhasviolateditsguaranteeandcommitmentinthethirdchapter,makingthisagreementimpossibleordifficulttocarryon.

Thefifthchapterofbreachofcontract

Eighthifanyparty("defaultingparty")inviolationoftheobligationsunderthisagreement,thepartyinbreachinreceiptoftheotherparty("nondefaultingparty")forcorrectionofthebreachofthewrittennotice,shouldimmediatelystopitsbreachofcontractandcompensationforlossescausedbythenonbreachingpartysoallin_____days.Ifthedefaultingpartyshallcontinuetobreachordonotfulfilltheirobligations,theotherpartyinallitslossesandgetthepartyinbreachcompensation,alsohastherighttoterminatethisagreement.

TheNinthPartyA,inviolationofitsguaranteeandcommitmentinthesecondarticleofthisagreement,doesnothavetherighttorequestPartyBtoreturntheCommission,andshallbearthelossincurredbyPartyB.

ThetenthPartyBshallreturntheCommissiontoPartyA,andshallbearthelossincurredbyPartyAasaresultofthebreachofitsguaranteeandcommitmentinthethirdarticleofthisagreement.

TheEleventhPartyBshallnotrefundtheinitialcostfortheterminationofthisagreementbythesixtharticleofthisagreement.

TwelfthifPartyAcantpaytheCommissiontoPartyBaccordingtotheprescribedtime,eachoverduedayshallpaytoPartyB____%surcharge.

Thepartiesarenotliableforthethirteentharticle,whichcannotbeperformedbythisagreementduetoforcemajeure.

Thesixthchapterdisputesettlement

Fourteenthifbothpartiestothedisputeshouldberesolvedthroughconsultation,theconsultationfailsanypartyshallhavetherighttoapplyforarbitrationorlitigation_________.

Mrs.ghazalawaheedw/oabdulwaheed,adult,r/ohouseno.___,dha,lahorecantt,(hereinaftertoasthelessoroftheonepart).andmr.___,r/ochina,refereedtoasthelesseeoftheotherpart.(expression“lessor”and“lessee”whereverthecontextsopermitshallalwaysmeanandincludetheirrespectiveheirs,successorslegalrepresentativeandassignees).

Whereasthelessoristhelawfulownerandinlawfulpossessionofhouseno,___,dha,lahorecantt,consistingof4bedroomswithbath,d/d,tv;lounge,kitchen,store,servant,quartertogetherwithfixturesandfitting(hereinaftercollectivelycalledthedemisedpremises).

Andwhereasthelessorhasagreedtheleaseandthelesseehasagreedtotakeonleasethedemisedpremisesonthetermsandconditionasgivenbelow:

6.Thatthelessorherebyacknowledgesreceiptofthesumofrs.60,000/-(rupeessixtythousandonly)fromthelesseeasfixededpositsecuritywhichshallberefundedtothelesseeongivingbackthevacantpossessionofthedemisedpremisesafterdeductionofdamages/shortagesoutstandingbillsforelectricity,water,gasandtelephonechargesetc,againstthedemisedpremises.

Thelesseeherbyconvenantswithlessorasfollowing:

1.Topaytothelessortherentherebyreservedinthemannerbeforementioned.

2.Thatthelesseeshallnotatanytimeduringtheterms,withouttheconsentinwritingofthelessor,pulldown,damagesormakeanystructurealterationstothedemisedpremesesprovidedalways,thelesseeshallhavegowriteinstallanyfixturesandfittingsexcludingair-conditionersinthedemisedpremeses,todetachandrepossessthesamesubjecttotherestorationofthedemisedpremesestotheiroriginalstateathiscost(reasonablewearandtearexcepted)ontheexpiryofthisleaseoranyrenewalhereof.

3.Tousethedemisespremisesforresidentialpurposeandwouldnotbeusedforacommercialpurposethedemisespremisewouldnotbeusedoccupiedbymr.___andfamily.

4.Nottosubletthewholeoranypartofthepremises.

5.Topayregularlythebillsforelectricity,gas,waterandtelephonechargesinrespectofthedemisedpremises.acopyofallthepaidutilitybillbeforwardedtothelessoreverythreemonthregularly.incaseofdisconnectionofanyfacilityduetonon-payment,lesseewillberesponsibletogetthemrestoredandpaythesame.allduesmustbeclearedbeforetheexpiryofthelease.

6.Thelesseeshallkeepandmaintainthesaidpremisesingoodandtenantableconditionsduringthetenureofthelease.

15.装运条款(termsofshipment)：

17.质量保证(qualityguarantee)：

货物品质规格必须符合本合同及质量保证书之规定，品质保证期为货到目的港__个月内。在保证期限内，因制造厂商在设计制造过程中的缺陷造成的货物损害应由卖方负责赔偿。

18.检验(inspection)(以下两项任选一项)：

(2)发货前，制造厂应对货物的质量、规格、性能和数量/重量作精密全面的检验，出具检验证明书，并说明检验的技术数据和结论。货到目的港后，买方将申请中国商品检验局(以下简称商检局)对货物的规格和数量/重量进行检验，如发现货物残损或规格、数量与合同规定不符，除保险公司或轮船公司的责任外，买方得在货物到达目的港后__日内凭商检局出具的检验证书向卖方索赔或拒收该货。在保证期内，如货物由于设计或制造上的缺陷而发生损坏或品质和性能与合同规定不符时，买方将委托中国商检局进行检验。

19.索赔(claim)：

买方凭其委托的检验机构出具的检验证明书向卖方提出索赔(包括换货)，由此引起的全部费用应由卖方负担。若卖方收到上述索赔后______天未予答复，则认为卖方已接受买方索赔。

20.迟交货与罚款(latedeliveryandpenalty)：

除合同第21条不可抗力原因外，如卖方不能按合同规定的时间交货，买方应同意在卖方支付罚款的条件下延期交货。罚款可由议付银行在议付货款时扣除，罚款率按每__天收__%，不足__天时以__天计算。但罚款不得超过迟交货物总价的____%.如卖方延期交货超过合同规定__天时，买方有权撤销合同，此时，卖方仍应不迟延地按上述规定向买方支付罚款。

买方有权对因此遭受的其它损失向卖方提出索赔。

21.不可抗力(forcemajeure)：

凡在制造或装船运输过程中，因不可抗力致使卖方不能或推迟交货时，卖方不负责任。在发生上述情况时，卖方应立即通知买方，并在__天内，给买方特快专递一份由当地民间商会签发的事故证明书。在此情况下，卖方仍有责任采取一切必要措施加快交货。如事故延续__天以上，买方有权撤销合同。

22.争议的解决(arbitration)：

凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议应协商解决。若协商不成，应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会深圳分会，按照申请时该会当时施行的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

因洪水、地震、或政府拆迁、征用等不可抗力原因，造成双方不得不中止合同，双方不承担违约责任，按实际天数计算房租。

4.5：Incasethatthepropertyownershipistransferredduringthelease,THELESSEEhastherighttocontinuetousethesaidpremisesaccordingtothecontractwithoutanydisturbancefromTHELESSORoranythethirdparty.

在租赁期间，甲方的房屋所有权发生转移，乙方有权继续主张本合同的权利和义务，甲方及第三方不能损害乙方的权利和义务。

5：LeaseTerm租赁条件:

5.1:ThesepremisesarelimitedofresidentialuseonlybyTHELESSEE,andareprohibitedfromregisteringaslegaladdressforanycompanyoragency,orusingaspublicoffice.乙方不得将该房屋用作公司或代表处的.注册地址。

5.2：THELESSEEshallnotcarryinthepremisesanyunlawfulofillegalactivitieswhicharenotallowedaccordingtoChinalawsandtheleasingregulationsofthegovernment.Otherwise,THELESSORshallhavetherighttotakebackthepremisesafterapriorwrittennoticetoTHELESSEE.

乙方不得在出租房屋内进行违反中国法律及政府对出租房屋用途有关规定的行为，否则甲方有权在书面通知乙方后收回房屋。

5.3：THELESSEEshallnotpartlyortotallysublet,sell,lend,mortgage,exchange,exchangethesaidpremisesoruseitsoastoraiseanyjoint-ventureorbecomeacertainshareholderwithoutthewrittenpermissionfromTHELESSOR.Otherwise,THELESSORcanterminatethecontractandconfiscatethedeposit.THELESSEEandthethirdpartyshallreturnthepropertyunconditionallytoTHELESSOR.THELESSEEshallbearalltheresponsibilitiescausedherefrom.

未经甲方书面同意，乙方不得将出租房屋转租、分租、转让、转借、联营、入股、抵押或与他人调剂交换使用，否则甲方有权终止合同并

没收押金。乙方及第三方必须无条件退还出租房，且由乙方承担一切违约责任。

5.4：THELESSEEshouldpayintimethewater,gas,electricity,heatingfee,theTel-Bills,TVreceiving,managingfeeandtheleaserelatedinvoicetaxesonactualuserbasis.Delayedpaymentmorethan15daysshallberegardedasabreachofthecontract,THELESSORshallhavetherighttotakebackthepremisesafterapriorwrittennoticetoTHELESSEE,andTHELESSEEshallbearalltheresponsibilitiescausedbysuchbreach.

乙方应按时支付因租用该出租房屋而产生的有关费用，包括：水费、电费、煤气费、暖气费、存车费、电话费和有线电视收视费、物业管

理费、发票税金等费用。如经甲方催促，乙方仍欠交费用，超过15天，甲方有权收回房屋，并由乙方承担一切违约责任。

5.5：ThedamageofthepremisesorthefittingsthatiswithinthecontrolofTHELESSEEshallbebornebyTHELESSEE,

andTHELESSEEshallcontactthemanagementofficeorTHELESSORinstantly.IfTHELESSEErefusestocompensateortocontactthemanagementofficetorepair,THELESSORshallhavetherighttorepairandchargethecostfromTHELESSEE.Thecostofrepairstothesaidpremises,ifdamagedbyForceMajeure(suchasearthquake,typhoon,flood,non-man-madefire,etc.),reasonablewearandtearorbyaccidentsbeyondTHELESSEE"scontrol,shouldbebornebyTHELESSOR.

因乙方使用不当，房屋及其内的设施出现损坏，乙方应及时联络管理机构进行维修，并负担有关维修费用。若乙方拒不维修或赔偿，甲方有权代为维修，维修所需费用由乙方承担;但由于不可抗力，如地震、台风、洪水、非人为的火灾等，自然损耗或乙方以外的原因造成的损坏，由甲方承担有关费用。

5.6：THELESSEE,uponwrittenpermissionofTHELESSOR,maymakeadditionsoralterationsdealingwithwater,electricitysupplyorfireprotection,athisownexpense,subjecttonecessarypermitsorlicensesrequiredbytheauthoritiesconcernedandunderthesupervisionofTHELESSOR.Nostructuralalterationscanberemovedfromthepremises,uponexpirationorterminationofthiscontract.Noreimbursementforsaidadditions,andanystructuraldamagetothepremisesmustberepairedorcompensatedbyTHELESSEE.

租赁期内，乙方对出租房屋进行装修或增加设施须征得甲方同意并经政府有关部门批准，并由甲方执行监理，所需费用由乙方承担。双方解约时，乙方不能移走自行添加的.结构性设施，甲方亦不必对上述添加设施进行补偿。如损坏原有之设施，由乙方负责修复或赔偿。

5.7：THELESSEEshallobeytheregulationsmadebythemanagementofficesuchasnottolitterortakeanyprivateuseofpublicareaandetc.

租用房屋之内部卫生，设施保养、维护均由乙方负责。乙方不得占用公共场所及通道作任何用途。

5.8：THELESSEEshallhavetherighttomoveinafterpayingoffthedepositandthefirsttermofrental.

乙方在付清押金，首期租金后即可入住。

5.9：Incasethereisacutofwater,poweroranyotherhitchwhichiscausedbytheaccidentbeyondthecontrolofTHELESSEE,THELESSORshalltaketheresponsibilitytoassistandpushtheauthoritiesconcernedtorepairandresumeitassoonaspossible.若由于甲方以外原因导致出租房屋停水，停电或其他故障，甲方有义务敦促并协助有关部门抢修，使之尽快得以恢复。

5.10：THELESSEEshallnotstoreinoroutofthepremisesanyinflammableordangerousthing,norletanycorrosiveordirtythingcomeoutofthepremises.

乙方须做好安全及防火工作，不得在房屋内外存储或排放有害，腐蚀性或污臭物质，严禁存储易燃，易爆品。

5.11：Insurance:THELESSORwillretaininsuranceonhispropertyandbelongings,andTHELESSEEwillberesponsibleforhisownpropertybroughtintoorkeptinproximityofthepremises.Ifthereisanythinglost,THELESSORshallassisttoconductinvestigations,buthasnoresponsibilitytocompensateit.

乙方须负责好自己带来的财物，妥善保管，如有意外，甲方可协助调查，但不负责赔偿。

5.12：THELESSEEshallreturnthepropertyintacttoTHELESSORattheexpirationofthecontractifthereisnorenewalthereupon.THELESSORshallhavetherighttotakeanyeffectivemeasurestotakebackthepremisesincasethatTHELESSEErefusestomoveoutattheexpirationofthecontract.

租赁期满，若甲、乙双方未达成续租协议，乙方应于租期届满时或之前迁离出租房屋并将钥匙及房屋按租用时之状况归还甲方。若乙方逾期不迁离或不归还出租房屋，则甲方有权采取有效措施收回出租房屋并另行处理。

5）相关费用：MiscellaneousCharge.

7.LabourDiscipline

EmployershallhavetherighttogiverewardsortakedisciplinaryactionstotheEmployee;

b.TheEmployeeshallcomplywiththemanagementdirectionsoftheEmployerandobeythebylawsandlabourdisciplinesoftheEmployer.

c.TheEmployeeshallundertaketheobligationtokeepandnottodisclosethetradesecretforthe

EmployerduringtheperiodofthisContract;Thisobligationofconfidentialityshallsurvivethe

8.Termination,Modification,RenewandDischargeoftheContract

a.TherelevantclausesoftheContractmaybemodifiedbytheparties:

i.Thespecificclauseisrequiredtobemodifiedbythepartiesthrough

ii.Duetotheforcemajeure,theContractcannotbeexecuted;

iii.Therelevantlawsandregulationshavebeenmodifiedorabolishedbythetimeofsigningthe

1定义

1Definitions

在本合同中,下列词语的含义如下:

·CIQ：中国出入境检验检疫机构。

·棉花废料:加工或使用棉花过程中产生的下脚回收废料等。

·欺诈棉包：单个棉包中：含有与棉花完全无关的非棉物质；里面含有污染棉花，但从棉包外部或可看出或看不出来；好棉花在外面，次棉花包在里面，以免在常规检查中被发现；有一定数量的无纺用价值棉花。

·溢短装率：到岸重量超出或少于合同规定重量的部分占合同总重量的百分率。

WeightToleranceRatio:thepercentageofthepartoftheCIQlandedweightexceedingorshorterthantheweightprovidedbytheContractagainstthetotalcontractweight.

·棉包密度：采用通用棉包密度，是指根据国际标准化组织——ISO第8115-1986（E）的规定，一个货包长度在1060-1400毫米，宽度540毫米，高度700-950毫米。

适合于海运的紧缩机出口包装，外裹棉布或其他不能产生异性纤维的包装，捆扎牢固，包装完整。如果使用容易产生异性纤维的包装材料包装棉花，则卖方须承担全部清理异性纤维的费用。棉花须以通用密度压缩货包的形式供货。

Compressedexportpackingsuitableforvoyage,outsidewrappedbycottonclothorotherpackingmaterialsthatdonotcontainforeignmatters,tightlyandcompletelypacked.Ifanypackingmaterialsthatmayeasilyproduceforeignmattersareusedtopackthecotton,theSellershallbearalltheexpensesforthecleaningofforeignmatters.Thecottonshallbesuppliedinformsofuniversaldensitycompressedpackage.

除非另有约定，在棉包上挂有永久性棉包标识卡或在棉包的两侧用不褪色的颜料按下列项目逐包刷唛，其内容为：

4装船通知

4ShipmentNotice

4.1如为FOB成交:卖方应在收到船公司的装运通知后48小时内，通知买方合同号、品级、长度级或小样型号、包装、净重、金额；装船日期、装船口岸、目的港和预计到港日期，并航寄、传真或电子邮件的形式将装船单据副本一式三份给买方。

4.2如为CFR/CIF成交:卖方应在收到船公司的装运通知后48小时内，通知买方船名、船龄(老船卖方要付超龄加保费)、船旗、装船日期、装船口岸、目的港、合同号、提单号、总金额、毛重、净重。

4.2UnderCFR/CIFterms:theSellershallnotifytheBuyeroftheshipname,shipage(foragedshiptheSellershallpaytheover-ageextrapremium),shipflag,shipmentdate,shipmentport,destinationport,contractnumber,numberofthebilloflading,totalprice,grossweightandnetweightwithin48hoursaftertheshipmentnotificationfromtheshippingline.

4.3如卖方未按上述4.1、4.2款规定通知买方，以致买方未能及时购买保险，由此而产生的损失由卖方负担。

四、雇佣合同的解除和终止

4.2经合同双方当事人协商一致，本合同可以解除。

2024英文合同篇13

1.兹经买卖双方同意按照以下条款由买方购进，卖方售出以下商品：ThiscontractismadebyandbetweentheBuyersandtheSellers,wherebytheBuyersagreetobuyandtheSellersagreetosellthegoodsreferencedhereundersubjecttothetermsandconditionsasstipulatedhereinafter:

WHEREASN.I.O.Cdesirestosecurethecooperationandservicesofaqualifiedcontractortocarryout,onitsbehalfandinitsname,certainExplorationperationswithintheContractAreaspecifiedintheAppendixAhereof.

WHEREASCONTRACTORhasexpresseditswillingnesstoperformsuchExplorationOperationsinthemannerspecifiedinthisServiceContract,andispreparedtoprovidethefundingforandbearthesoleriskofExplorationOperationsonitsownaccount.

WHEREASCONTRACTORhasthefinancialcapability,andtechnicalcompetencenecessaryforfulfillingtheobligationssetouthereinafter.

NOWTHEREFORE,itisherebyagreedbetweenN.I.O.CandContractorasfollows:

本服务合同由依照伊朗伊斯兰共和国法律成立的伊朗国家石油公司（以下简称N.I.O.C.）与公司(以下简称承包商)于在伊朗德黑兰订立。

N.I.O.C.和承包商在下文中单独被称为“一方当事人”，合称为“双方当事人”。

鉴于N.I.O.C.愿意寻找一合格的承包商代表其利益并以其名义在本合同附件A所指定的合同区域内实施一定的勘探作业。

鉴于承包商愿意按本合同所规定的形式实施勘探作业，并准备提供资金和独立承担勘探作业的风险。

鉴于承包商具备履行以下所述义务所必需的资金能力和技术能力。

基于此，N.I.O.C.与承包商同意以下条款：

ARTICLE1DEFINITIONS第1条定义

UnlessthecontextotherwiserequiresthefollowingdefinitionsofcertaintermshereinafterusedshallapplyforthepurposeofthisServiceContract.

除非本合同另有规定，本条所使用的术语具有以下定义。

(i)"AcceptedAccountingPractices"shallmeanaccountingprinciples,practicesandmethodsthataregenerallyacceptedandrecognizedintheinternationalpetroleumindustry.

“通用会计惯例”系指国际石油工业公认和认可的会计准则、会计实务和会计方法。

(ii)"Affiliate"meansanycompanyorlegalentity,which(i)controlseitherdirectlyorindirectlyContractor,or(ii)whichiscontrolleddirectlyorndirectlybyContractor,or(iii)isdirectlyorindirectlycontrolledbyacompanyorentitywhichdirectlyorindirectlycontrolsContractor."Control"meanstherighttoxercisemorethanfiftypercent(50%)ofthevotingrightsintheappointmentofthedirectorsofsuchcompanyorentity.

“关联公司”系指任何一个具有下列条件之一的公司或法律实体：（i）直接或间接控制承包商，或（ii）被承包商直接或间接控制，或（iii）被承包商的公司或实体直接或间接控制。“控制”系指对该公司或法律实体的董事的任命有50%以上的表决权。

(iii)"BankCharges"meansthebankchargesasdefinedintheAccountingProcedures“银行费用”系指会计程序中所规定的银行费用。

(iv)"Barrel"meansavolumeoffortytwo(42)U.S.Gallonsatsixty(60)degreesFahrenheitandatnormalatmosphericpressure.

“桶”系指在60华氏度和正常大气压条件下42美式加仑的容积。

(v)"CapitalCosts"meansallcostsofExplorationOperationsincurredbyontractorforcarryingouttheprojectuntilconclusionofExplorationOperationsinaccordancewiththegenerallyacceptedprinciplescommonlypracticedinthe

internationalpetroleumindustrywhichshallincludeanyandallcostincurredbyContractorexceptNon-CapitalCosts.

“资本成本”系指承包商依照国际石油工业界普遍采用和通行的规则实施勘探作业直至勘探作业结束，由承包商承担的除非资本成本以外所有勘探作业成本。

(vi)"CommercialField"meanscommercialfieldasdescribedinArticle13ofthisServiceContract.

“商业价值油田”系指本合同第13条所述的具有商业价值的油田。

(vii)"Condensate"meansallliquidhydrocarbons,regardlessofgravity,producedandrecoveredfromtheContractAreaasaliquidduringallprocessnecessarytoreachthecommercialspecificationsofNaturalGas.

“凝析油”：是指从合同区生产回收的，经过处理达到商业标准的所有液态烃，无论其密度如何。

(viii)"ContractArea"meanstheareacoveredbythisServiceContract,anddescribedinAppendixAattachedheretoandmadeaparthereof.

“合同区域”是指本合同和作为本合同不可分割部分的附件A所描述的区域。

付款方式：上缴劳务管理费按两次付清，即主体完工前付50%，装修完工前付50%。

五、乙方的职责

1、乙方提供相关的证件及资质，配合乙方办理相关手续。

协调处理施工过程中的劳务纠纷及工伤事故。

六、乙方的职责：

1、全面履行__________________公司与_________________-建筑施工有限责任公司签订的项目施工合同。并承担该合同条款中乙方应承担的全部责任与义务。

2、确保所有分项工程的质量、进度、安全达到项目部与建设方签订的合同要求。如达不到则按管理费的50%进行处罚。

七、本合同未尽事宜，双方通过协商，可另签订补充条款，与本合同具有同等法律效力。

八、本合同一式六份，甲乙双方各执三份，经双方签字生效，至工程完工，双方结清劳务管理费后失效。
